Clever PSAs

Public service announcements and other things-you-should-do campaigns are important, but generally boring and easy to ignore. Recently The Denver Egotist pointed out a couple service announcements that were attention-grabbing, generally brilliant, and worth sharing.
What better way to convince people to conserve water by giving less to their grass than by reminding them that grass is dumb.
What will really get drivers to slow down? Reminding them about how much that ticket will cost.
